Tournament Registration Payment

There are two ways to pay for your tournament registration(s): 

1. Pay by credit card

Note: there will be processing fees when paying by credit card

2. Pay by check:

Mail a check made out to "Mintonette Sports" to:

Westerville, OH 43082

Please include the date of event, team name, and USAV code for each team participating.
