Frequently Asked Questions: Uniforms

What is included in the uniform packages?
 The following items are included in the uniform package. The cost of these items is already part of the total club dues cost. 

  • Navy jersey (National only)
  • Ohio Flag jersey
  • Orange buckeye leaf jersey
  • Navy shorts
  • Orange shorts (National only)
  • Floral shorts (National only)
  • Warmup Polo
  • Backpack
  • Practice shirts

Can any items from last season be reused this season?
 The following items may be reused from the 2025-26 season for a club dues credit: 

  • Orange jersey ($40 dues credit)
  • Flag jersey ($40 dues credit)
  • Navy Stripes/2026 Nationals jersey ($40 dues credit)
  • Orange shorts ($30 dues credit)
  • Navy shorts ($30 dues credit)

What additional items do the athletes need that aren't included in the uniform package?
A volleyball is required for tournaments. One pair of each short color is included in the uniform package. For Regional teams, we suggest buying an extra pair of navy shorts for multi-day tournaments.

Players should provide their own white socks, white kneepads (optional), and undershirts. There are no brand requirements. 

Is there a specific shoe athletes must wear?
 There are no shoe requirements. Players should wear what they are most comfortable playing in!

Do athletes use their tryout t-shirts again?
 Yes. The tryout t-shirt will be used as a practice t-shirt.

Which shirts do athletes wear to practice?
 In addition to the tryout t-shirt, athletes will wear the additional practice t-shirt(s) included in their uniform package. We will post a practice shirt schedule so everyone is wearing the same shirt at every practice. 

Are there Mintonette items parents/families can wear?
 Yes! Mintonette gear can be ordered online through Spirit Wear.
