What's included in the uniform packages?
The uniform packages are different for each team. Click here to see the different packages.

What additional items do the athletes need that aren't included in the uniform package?
White kneepads, white crew socks, and a volleyball are needed for tournaments. These items can be purchased through our Spirit Wear store, or any other retailer.

What color/brand kneepads do the athletes wear?
Everyone is required to wear white kneepads at tournaments (any brand). Any color can be worn to practice.

What color/brand socks do the athletes wear?
Everyone is required to wear white socks at tournaments (any brand). Any color can be worn to practice. NOTE: the National/American division teams will receive one pair of white socks with our "m" logo.

Do athletes use their tryout t-shirts again?
Yes. The tryout t-shirt will be used as a practice t-shirt.

Is there a specific shoe athletes must wear?
There is no specific shoe they must wear. We ask that they do not wear brightly colored shoes (bright pink, yellow, etc). Please keep the shoes neutral/discrete in color (blue, navy, white, black, gray, etc).

If on a team that does not receive the warm-up jackets/pants, can athletes order the same jacket and pants as the teams that do?
Yes, the same jacket and pants can be ordered through Spirit Wear. Some teams like to coordinate and purchase a different Spirit Wear item (such as a swing shirt) so they all match. This is 100% optional!

Are there Mintonette items parents/families can wear?
Yes! Mintonette gear can be ordered online through Spirit Wear. 2021 items will be available soon!

REGIONAL/JUNIOR MINT DIVISION: What spandex are athletes allowed to wear?
Regional/Junior Mint division teams can wear ANY brand of spandex as long as they are navy. Any color can be worn to practice.

NATIONAL/AMERICAN DIVISION: What spandex are athletes allowed to wear?
National/American division teams must wear the EP brand navy spandex. Athletes will receive one pair in their uniform package. Additional pairs of spandex can be purchased online through our Spirit Wear. Any color can be worn to practice.

REGIONAL/JUNIOR MINT DIVISION: What shirts do athletes wear to practice?
The tryout t-shirt and jersey will be used as practice shirts throughout the season. We will post a practice shirt schedule so everyone is wearing the same shirt at every practice.

NATIONAL/AMERICAN DIVISION: What shirts do athletes wear to practice?
The practice shirts are included in the uniform package. We will post a practice shirt schedule so everyone is wearing the same shirt at every practice. You can purchase additional practice t-shirts through Spirit Wear if you want to have extras. Your tryout t-shirt will be one of the three practice t-shirts used during the season.
